Apostle Dr. Joe Nelson

 

to the office of "Bishop" in our Lords Church on the 26th day of September in this Two -Thousand Fifthteenth Year, during a specially called Sacred Service of Consecration and Apostolic Investiture of the House of Prayer and Worship.

 

Having been led of the Holy Spirit, we do find Apostle Dr. Joe Nelson, according to Scriptures in I Timothy 3:1-7 to be of good behavior, an obedient servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, faithful to the Sacred Scriptures of Truth, and fit for this Most Holy College.

 

In addition to preaching of the Gospel and Bible studies, House of Prayer and Worship, under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Joe Nelson, has opened an Education center to provide skills to the people in the community where the church is situated. The Education Center is open to the general public resourcing quality education in Basic Computer Skills and Graphic Design.

 

The Sacred Service of Consecration will convene at 11o’clock in the morning at the House of Prayer and Worship located at 13685 Baltimore Avenue Laurel Maryland 20707. The reception will be held at the Hilton Hotel – 1750 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852. Bishops, Ordained Clergy and Ordained Diaconate are to be vested in appropriate Ceremonial Dress. Other Community leaders and representatives of the community are also invited. I hope you too will consider joining us on this important day.
