Courses

Each Course takes three (3) months to complete. However one can enroll more than a course. 

Computer Studies

Students will learn basic computer skills to assist their daily use of the computer. The course consists of an introduction to basic vocabulary and terminology related to computer and word processing, Microsoft Word, the Internet, web search and email. An attempt will be made to support all students’ individual needs.

Certificate in Graphic Design-Digital Tools+

A Certificate Program in Graphic Design is a great way to start building your portfolio of work that is essential for your first job in the profession.
Learn how to apply your artistic talents to today's market, beyond pencil and pen, to the computer and the Internet. These days, if you want the job, you need training to produce the work, a great Portfolio and experience to tackle the most widely used projects.


Certificate in Graphic Design is a Design class dedicated to educating indicividuals in the theory and practice of Graphic Design as an art form. In addition to learning the TECHNICAL aspects of the computer and the art programs, this class will emphasize art concepts and principals of design which are usually found in graphic design courses. CorelDraw, and Adobe Photoshop the programs students will be using this in this course.


Requirements:

Course requirements include maintaining and organizing your files, completing projects according to the guidelines set forth in project outlines, being aware of and adhering to attendance and lateness policies (as per school district policy), demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and understanding of principles and concepts through successful completion of projects and written  tests.
